Portsmouth City Council (Rodney Road Footpath) (Temporary Footpath Closure) (No.89) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 27th May 2025 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE
RODNEY ROAD FOOTPATH AT WESTERN END LEADING TO MILTON LANE In its entirety
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate electric connection works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 27th May 2025 to 20th June 2025 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Pedestrians will be diverted from Milton Lane, Fratton Way, Rodney Road.
