The Portsmouth City Council (D-DAYÂ Memorial) (Temporary Road Closure) (No.95) Order 2025
Portsmouth City Council pursuant to arrangements made under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit vehicular traffic from proceeding in the roads on 6th June 2025.
- ST HELEN’S PARADE
From is junction with Southsea Esplanade to its junction with Granada Road. - SOUTHSEA ESPLANADE
From its junction with St Helens Parade to its junction with The Ocean at the End of the Lane. - THE OCEAN AT THE END OF THE LANE
In its entirety. Roads will be re-opened when considered safe to do so.
REASON FOR THE ORDER
The above restrictions are necessary for D-Day Memorial Events to be held.
DIVERSION
Traffic will be diverted to adjacent local roads.
