Portsmouth City Council (Hilary Avenue) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.58) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 7th April 2025 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
HILARY AVENUE
From opposite No.40 to opposite No.60 Hilary Avenue.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate Openreach works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 7th April 2025 – 11th April 2025 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner. Notwithstanding the above, works will take place between Monday to Friday.
