Portsmouth City Council (Lake of Lights) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.192) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Order comes into operation from 14th December 2025 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
ST HELENS PARADE
From east of the entrance to Canoe Lake to approximately 40m east on the westbound carriageway opposite the junction of Festing Road.
ST HELENS PARADE
From east of the junction with St Helens Close to the junction of Festing Road on the eastbound carriageway.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate the Lake of Lights Service to ensure access for buses along St Helens Parade.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
On 14th December 2025 from 13:00 to 19:00 or completion of the event, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Pedestrian access will be maintained.
