Portsmouth City Council (Lower Drayton Lane) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.30) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 10th February 2025 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
LOWER DRAYTON LANE
From the junction of Aldsworth Close to outside No.7 Lower Drayton Lane.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate Openreach works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 10th February 2025 to 14th February 2025 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
