The Portsmouth City Council (HB Pride Event) (Temporary Road Closure) (No.95) Order 2025
Portsmouth City Council pursuant to arrangements made under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit vehicular traffic from proceeding in the roads on 7th June 2025.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED TO TRAFFIC
(Except access for residents and emergency)
SOUTHSEA ESPLANADE – 1030 – 1215
Between its junction with Canoe Lake Car Park Entrance (Southsea Esplanade Parking Area West of Lumps Fort) and The Ocean at the End of the Lane.
Between its junction with The Ocean at the End of the Lane and South Parade.
Ocean at The End Of The Lane (East side only) 1030 – 1205 – The entire length East side only for vehicles
SOUTH PARADE
 Between its junction with Southsea Esplanade and The Dell.
 CLARENCE ESPLANADE
Between its junction with The Dell and Jack Cockerill Way.
Between its junction with Jack Cockerill Way and Avenue de Caen
 Between its junction with Avenue De Caen and Serpentine Way
Between its junction with Serpentine Way and Clarence Pier Road (Eastbound carriageway)
REASON FOR THE ORDER
The above restrictions are necessary for HB Pride Event to be held.
DIVERSION
Traffic will be diverted to adjacent local roads.
