Flagship is Portsmouth City Council’s magazine for residents, businesses and visitors. It’s packed with news, features and articles about the city. Each issue also includes a handy ‘out and about’ events guide as well as updates about our services.

We produce two issues a year, in summer and winter. If you live or work in Portsmouth, you’ll receive a copy.

The magazine is printed locally using vegetable inks and 100% recycled paper. Please recycle your copy when you’ve finished with it.
