Portsmouth City Council (Grove Road) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.61) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 16th March 2026 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
GROVE ROAD
From outside No.80 to No.86 Grove Road.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate site access works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 16th March 2026 to 2nd November 2027 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
