Portsmouth City Council (Stride Avenue) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.24) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 16th February 2026 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
STRIDE AVENUE
From its junction with Ascot Road to its junction with Ebery Grove (outside odd numbers).
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate Openreach works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 16th February 2026 to 27th February 2026 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
