Portsmouth City Council (Siskin Road) (Temporary Road Closure) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.125) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 30th September 2024 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
SISKIN ROAD
From its junction with Lapwing Road to dead end.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate frame and cover repair to manhole outside No. 6 Siskin Road.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 09:00 to 18:00 on 30th September 2024 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Access will be maintained from properties with marshal control.
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
Cycles to follow vehicle diversion or dismount and follow pedestrian diversion around the works.
