Portsmouth City Council (Washbrook Road and Ludlow Road) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.105) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 14th August 2024 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
WASHBROOK ROAD
From outside No. 37 to its junction with Ludlow Road.
Duration: 14th August 2024 to 16th August 2024
LUDLOW ROAD
From its junction with Washbrook Road to outside No. 1 Ludlow Road.
Duration: 19th August 2024 to 21st August 2024
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate CityFibre works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 14th August 2024 to 21st August 2024 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
