Portsmouth City Council (St Chads Avenue) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.155) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 18th November 2024 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
ST CHADS AVENUE
From its junction with London Road to its junction with Randolph Road.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate electrical cable works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 18th November 2024 to 06th December 2024 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner. Notwithstanding the above, works will take place between Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 and Saturday 08:00 – 16:00.
