If you have informed your landlord of issues such as disrepair or other safety concerns and they have failed to address these, the PSH team can help.
This may include:
- Arranging to inspect your property to assess any hazards in your home. In some circumstances we can insist that your landlord carries out work to the property to make it safe. We will need to notify your landlord of our involvement.
- If you live in an HMO and the management of your property is poor, we can address this with your landlord.
- Helping you find local services that can support you.
