Who does what?

- Sureserve- for gas repairs, servicing, and annual gas certification for all our properties. Visit the Sureserve website

What should I expect?
Our contractors are committed to providing a professional, respectful service. When they visit your home, you can expect:
- Communication – contractors will confirm appointments and keep you updated if timings change
- Respect – they will work tidily, protect your belongings, and leave the area clean
- Safety – All contractors carry ID and follow strict health and safety standards

All our major contractors actively invest in our communities. Through the social value commitments in their contracts, they:
- Support local careers fairs, mock interviews, and work experience opportunities
- Offer apprenticeships and internships, including for young people with learning disabilities or care experience
