Make a housing payment

On this page you can find out how to pay the council for various housing costs.

For any other council payments (including Council Tax), you can view all online payment options here.

You can use our automated payment line by calling 0800 876 6576 to pay for any of the following:

• rent
• former tenant arrears
• court costs or other debts
• garage or parking space
• leasehold service charges

In order to use this service you will need to know:

• your Account Reference number – this is a 10-digit number that will be on a statement or rent increase notice
• amount you want to pay
• your debit or credit card account number, long number on the front of the card, the expiry date and security number on the back of the card.
