We have three housing offices: Leigh Park, Somerstown, and Paulsgrove. Here’s contact details and where to find each housing office:

Opening hours

Our housing offices are open:

  • Monday: 8.30am to 5pm
  • Tuesday: 8.30am to 5pm
  • Wednesday: 8.30am to 5pm
  • Thursday: 8.30am to 5pm
  • Friday: 8.30am to 4pm

Out of hours

When your housing office is closed, our out of hours service can be contacted on 023 9282 4244.

You can use this number to report emergency repairs and issues that you feel can’t wait until our normal opening hours. You can also use this number to make a payment to your rent account, should you need to do this out of normal working hours.

Can’t get to a housing office? We also hold regular drop-in sessions in other parts of Portsmouth, so you can always find help nearby:

  • Buckland Community Centre – Wednesdays, 10am–3pm
  • Darwin House Community Room – Wednesdays, 10am–12pm
  • John Pounds Centre – Mondays, 10am–1pm and Thursdays, 1–4pm
  • Landport Community Centre – Thursdays, 10am–3pm
  • Mill Gate House Community Room – Tuesdays, 10am–12pm
  • Nickleby House Community Room – Fridays, 10am–12pm
  • Northern Parade Family Hub – Last Wednesday of the month, 10am–12pm 
  • Pickwick House Community Room – Fridays, 1–3pm
  • Resident Participation Centre – 37 Sharps Road, Havant, PO9 5QJ – Fridays from 10am until 2pm
  • Stamshaw and Tipner Community Centre – Mondays, 10am–12pm
  • The Acorn Centre –  3 The Kestrels, Wecock Farm, Waterlooville, PO8 9UX  – Tuesdays, from 10am – 1pm

How we can help you

You can visit your local housing office to:

  • make payments
  • ask for support or services
  • make an appointment to see a specific officer
  • report anti-social behaviour
  • ask about repairs

Our teams have been trained to high standards and work in partnership with support services and agencies in the community to support tenants in accessing help as needed. Some of the areas they can help with include:

  • debt and benefits
  • domestic abuse
  • child and adult safeguarding
  • mental health support
