We’ll respond to emergency repairs within 24 hours of the issue being reported. In some cases, we may attend sooner.
Please note: Only emergency repairs will be attended out of hours. If we attend and the repair is not an emergency, or if we can’t gain access, you may be charged an emergency call-out fee.
Appointments will be agreed at the first contact with us. If you don’t agree to an appointment within 24 hours, then the repair is not an emergency – unless we consider it will impact on the property and requires access.
