Following the Grenfell Tower tragedy in 2017, the cladding on Leamington House and Horatia House was removed. During the process of planning replacement cladding, more detailed structural investigations were carried out. These tests identified issues with the strength of the concrete panels, prompting the decision to support residents in moving to new homes.
