Focus groups
If you’re interested in what we do in your neighbourhoods, then please consider joining our focus group.
Whenever we need your input on something, we’ll hold one of these focus group sessions and you’ll have the chance to tell us what you think. Or you can ask us to hold a focus group if there’s a specific topic you want to discuss or project updates you want us to give.
We take focus group feedback seriously, and you’ll be helping shape the future of our estate services.
Interested? Just follow these steps:

- An automatic email will open

Scrutiny panel
You have the opportunity to join our neighbourhood services scrutiny panel.
The panel exists for you and other residents to offer an independent view of our performance.
If you take part, you’ll work closely with other tenants to independently assess how well we’re delivering our services (maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, building safety etc). You’ll do this by reviewing other tenant feedback and our performance data.
If you’d like to take part, click the link below and press ‘Send’ to the automatic email which will open. We’ll then get in touch with you!
