- asbestos removal
- lighting upgrade
- water supply upgrades
- improved ventilation
- Updated communal paint and flooring

Impact of works on you
- Some asbestos may need to be removed. This could mean you may need to leave your home for up to one week. We will let you know once checks are finished and a decision is made.
- We will need to visit your home more than once to complete the work and reduce the time you may need to stay away.
- Some areas, such as flats, shared entrances, or stairs, may be closed at times.
- Your TV service may stop for short periods while work is carried out.
- Electricity may be turned off for short periods. You will be told in advance if this happens.
- There are two lifts. At least one lift will always be working for residents.
- Noisy work will only happen on weekdays between 9am and 4pm.
