Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) screening
An abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a swelling in the main blood vessel in your stomach. It can be dangerous if not found early.
Men aged 65 are invited for a free ultrasound scan. You’ll get your results on the day. If a problem is found, you may be invited for regular checks or offered treatment.

Screening takes place weekly at St Mary’s Hospital in Portsmouth.
