- Building conditions (doors, walls, floors, windows)
- Signs of anti-social behaviour
- Improper waste disposal
- Fire safety compliance
- Unauthorised items (e.g. hot tubs, large pools)
- Gardening and cleaning requirements
We also look out for your welfare by noting concerns like:
- Accumulating mail
- Prolonged closed curtains
- Unusual odours
- No response to communications
We’ll report any issues we find directly to your housing officer.
