- scheme operates at all times, non-permit holders can park for 2 hours with no return in 4 hours
- permits are valid in the pay and display bays in Canal Walk & Upper Arundel Street
- permits are not valid in the pay and display bays in Bridport Street or East Surrey Street
- resident permits cannot be used to park in off-street housing parking bays (such as Cottage View car park and Bridgeside Close) and permits issued by housing for their parking bays cannot be used to park on-street in the JH zone
