The careers and progression team is made up of qualified, experienced advisers who support young people in exploring careers aspirations in school and the community. We also offer mentoring service to help young people get into education, training and employment.
We work with young people aged 16-19 (or up to age 25 if they have an EHCP) living in PO1 to PO6. We provide information for parents or carers about career pathways.

To access the youth hub, use the entrance by the Mountbatten Gallery (by the big screen). Press Option 2 on the Intercom and someone from the team will let you in.

If you’re aged 16 to 19 (up to 25 if you have an EHCP) and need careers support, please complete the referral form. If we’re unable to help, we’ll direct you to the right service.
