Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) bookings and permits are now digital.
If you live in Portsmouth (PO1 to PO6 and some PO7 addresses) and you can not use the booking or permit system online, call us on 023 9284 1105, and select option 5 for HWRC enquiries (including bookings and permits).
Booking a visit
When you book a visit to the HWRC, the system will confirm if your vehicle has a valid permit. Each booking counts as one of the 12 visits included with your permit.
You can check if your vehicle needs a permit. Get a permit for your own van or trailer.
Customers outside Hampshire
If you live outside Hampshire, you need to pay to use HWRCs. You pay this fee when you book your visit.
