Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council, as Licensing Authority, for the purposes of the Gambling Act 2005 (“the Act”), intends to publish its statement of licensing principles in accordance with section 349 of the Act.

This statement must be published at least every 3 years. The statement must also be reviewed from “time to time” and any amended parts re-consulted upon. The statement must then be re-published.
The statement will be published by no later than 19 May 2025 and will come into effect on 19 June 2025.
