If you’re a private landlord in Portsmouth, you can book a one-to-one session with us to receive advice and support.
Each session lasts 30 minutes and can be held either in person or online – whichever works best for you. After you have booked, we will contact you by email to confirm whether you would like this to be delivered face-to-face or online. If you choose to join online, we will send you a link ahead of the meeting.
- In‑person sessions will take place at Civic Offices, Portsmouth.
- Online sessions are delivered via Microsoft Teams.
The purpose of these sessions is to:
- Give you the opportunity to share your experiences as a local landlord and raise any issues or concerns
- Enable us to understand the challenges you are facing in the private rented sector
- Provide you with tailored advice and practical support, including signposting to relevant services where appropriate
If we are unable to fully answer your query during the session, we will follow up with you afterwards to ensure you receive the information or support you need.
Please note:
- We are unable to discuss ongoing investigations
- These sessions do not constitute legal advice
Your feedback during these sessions also helps us understand what support landlords need most. We use this insight to improve our guidance, update our website, and shape any future resources we produce.
