- Portsmouth Mental Health Hub helps anyone aged 16 or over who isn’t sure where to go for mental health support. - NHS Talking Therapies is a free and confidential service that helps people who are aged 16 years or over, live in Portsmouth and registered with a Portsmouth GP.
