We all need to look after our mental health. We also need to know who to turn to if things feel too much. Looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health.

If you or someone you know needs mental health support, there are free and confidential services that can help. Some of these services offer anonymous support online and others offer support via text, over the phone, or in person.

  • someone’s life is at risk – for example they have seriously injured themselves or taken an overdose,
  • or you do not feel you can keep yourself or someone else safe.
