Part 9 – Corporate Guidance

Part 9 of the Portsmouth City Council Constitution contains corporate guidance, protocols and standing orders that support how councillors and officers carry out their roles.

These documents provide practical guidance on Council procedures, communication, conduct and representation. Together, they help ensure the Council operates in a consistent, professional and transparent way.
