Family hubs are places in your community where you can get information, guidance, and various free services, activities, and support for families with children up to 25 years old, all in one location. Portsmouth has five family hubs located in:
These hubs have spaces for activities, stay and play groups, and meetings with professionals like midwives and health visitors. Families with children up to 25 years old can use any of the hubs. Each hub has a team of staff, including a Family hub champion, who can answer your questions and connect you to the right activities and support.
