Warm welcome spaces
Find a warm welcome this winter
If you are looking for a welcoming space to spend time in this winter, community organisations, libraries and some Portsmouth museums are opening their doors.
These places are warm, welcoming and inclusive and many offer extras such as free wi-fi, refreshments and activities.
It’s important to keep warm in winter, especially for older people, babies and those with certain health conditions. Find information on how to keep warm and well this winter on the government website.
If you’d like to come to a warm welcome space but don’t have the confidence, our Community Connectors can help you take the first steps to getting out and about in your local community. Find out about our community connector service.
We will update the list regularly when we have news about venues or activities. Residents with no internet access can call the Hive Helpline on 023 9400 7124 for this information.
