The Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey is a yearly survey for Portsmouth Homes tenants and leaseholders. It gives you the chance to tell us what you think of the homes and services we provide
This survey doesn’t ask about services like bin collections, roads, transport, care, or health services. Those might be covered by a different council depending on your postcode, so there would be separate surveys for these.
The 2025 Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey is now closed.

The TSM survey will return in late 2026.
