The Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey is a yearly survey for Portsmouth Homes tenants and leaseholders. It gives you the chance to tell us what you think of the homes and services we provide.
This survey doesn’t ask about services like bin collections, roads, transport, care, or health services. Those might be covered by a different council depending on your postcode, so there would be separate surveys for these.
The 2026 survey is live and you can have your say until midnight on 31 December 2026.
Please complete the survey in full for your answers to be counted. The survey is confidential, so your landlord won't see your personal answers.
As a thank you, completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw. One person will win a £250 shopping voucher, and five people will each win a £50 shopping voucher. The winners will be drawn on 15 January 2027.
