At the Council we encourage suppliers to connect with local support networks to ensure that the community is supported in the way that best serves Portsmouth.  We have compiled a non-exhaustive list of strategic partners and supporting organisations that could help support delivery of social value.

Armed Forces Covenant

The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise that together we acknowledge and understand that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, including the bereaved, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy, and society they serve with their lives. Portsmouth City Council is a Gold award member of the Armed Forces Covenant’s Employer Recognition scheme, read more about the council’s commitment to the scheme.
