Find a map of all public toilets in Portsmouth, including their opening times and whether they are part of the community scheme.

You can also find these facilities information below:

  • male toilets
  • female toilets
  • disabled facilities
  • baby changing facilities

You can report an issue with a public toilet, for example, if it needs cleaning or repairing, if it isn’t open when it should be, or if the toilet paper needs refilling.

Disabled toilet access information - RADAR keys

RADAR is the national key scheme for disabled toilets.

You will need to be a RADAR key holder to gain access to disabled toilets around the city.

Keys are available from the following outlets:

  • Portsmouth Museum
  • Civic cash desk (open Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm)
  • Paulsgrove Housing Office

Keys cost £3.30 and proof of disability is required.

Community toilet scheme

We’ve set up a community toilet scheme, which makes toilets in cafes, shops and other premises available to anyone – not just paying customers.

When you’re out and about, look for stickers like the ones pictured, which show a community toilet is available.
