Whether you’re a musician, mime, magician, or other performer, we encourage you to share your talents in designated public spaces across Portsmouth. To ensure performances are safe, respectful, and enjoyable for all, we offer clear guidance and a simple permit process.
Performers are asked to adhere to our guidance regarding location, noise levels, and public safety, and be aware of the legislation which also applies to such performances such as sales of goods, charity collections and music licences.
