How to apply for the grant
Call the Adult Social Care helpdesk on 023 9268 0810 and request an Occupational Therapy assessment of your needs.
- You can check your eligibility for DFG, as the grant is means tested.
- If you’re a landlord applying on behalf of a disabled tenant, find out more about Disabled Facilities Grants for landlords.
You can also hire a private Occupational Therapist for the assessment. If the grant is approved, their fees can be covered.
