The HMO licensing team are here to support landlords every step of the way and want to work with all landlords. Landlords that need help with their applications will be able to access in person support sessions provided by the HMO licensing team.
The sessions are held at the Civic Offices. Just report to reception on arrival. You’ll need to make sure you bring all supporting documents so we can help you to complete your application.
