Sexual health out of area cross charging policy
If you are a hospital or sexual health provider and want to send an invoice to Portsmouth City Council for services given to people from outside the area, here’s what you need to know.

How to send your invoice
You can send your invoice and backing data in two ways:
- By secure email to: PHcontracts@portsmouthcc.gov.uk
- By uploading to Pathway Analytics
We strongly recommend that Integrated Sexual Health Services use the Pathway Analytics Integrated Sexual Health Grouper or similar technology. This helps group and calculate charges for services given to people from other local authorities.
