We've seen an increased number of pets left without care when their owners are suddenly taken into hospital.
For peace of mind, you could display an emergency pet care form (PDF) in your home.
All you have to do is write the contact details of anyone who can look after your pets in an emergency and display the form in your window or on your fridge.
It's vital information that will alert first responders that you have pets home alone and will help make sure they're taken care of.
