The Portsmouth Meanwhile Use scheme helps transform empty spaces into temporary community hubs for local creative projects and start-ups, helping to foster a thriving local economy.
This is a new initiative from Portsmouth City Council, supported by Portsmouth Creates.
How to get involved
We’re inviting landlords and property owners, business premises owners, creative businesses and community groups to take the Meanwhile Use Survey. We’ll help match landlords with suitable local creatives looking for temporary space.
