A by-election for the Paulsgrove ward in Portsmouth will take place on Thursday 23 October.
The by-election has been called after the resignation of Cllr Brian Madgwick.

- Voter registration deadline – midnight, Tuesday 7 October
- Postal vote application deadline – 5pm, Wednesday 8 October
