If you’re unsure about your options, speaking with Adult Social Care can help you find the right support.

  • Support for older people or adults with physical disabilities – Call our Adult Social Care Helpdesk on 023 9268 0810 which is open Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5pm and Fridays from 8.30am to 4.30pm.

How to contact adult social care

If you an older person or an adult with disabilities and would like a conversation with adult social care, call the helpdesk on 023 9268 0810 (Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm).

Alternatively, you can complete the self-assessment referral form which will be reviewed by a member of the team who will then get in touch with you.

What happens next?

For some of our Portsmouth residents, information and advice will be the service they need from adult social care, but for others we may need to assess your needs with you.
