Working in childcare is rewarding but challenging and need real commitment.
Childcare settings include childminders, nurseries, schools, colleges, private businesses, voluntary and community groups. Opening times can be different – some settings open early (7 am or earlier) and close late (7 pm or later). Some are open all year round (except weekends and bank holidays) or just during school terms.
