Park It Cards

Park-It debit cards are for the Isambard Brunel multi-storey car park. They are credited with either:

• £130 of credit (which costs £62)
• £286 of credit (which costs £113)

Your credit is debited every time you use the car park.

You can apply for a “Park It” card online.

You can use your park-it card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When you enter or leave the car park, do not force your card into the machine at the barrier. You need to hold your card up against the symbol on the machine, and the barrier will lift.

If your card doesn’t let you exit the car park, use the phone at the help point to call for help. If there isn’t enough credit on your card, you’ll have to buy a non-refundable day ticket to leave.

Your card does not guarantee you a parking space in the car park.

You can check your credit at the pay machine at the barrier. Present your card at the symbol and the machine will tell you how much credit is left.

You can then press the validation and confirmation button to enter your debit/credit card and top-up.

• Don’t keep or store your park-it card next to a mobile phone, radio equipment or anything magnetic.
• Don’t store it in places that will bend the card
• Don’t store it in places that will cause heat damage to the card (such as sun visors).

If you need to replace a lost or damaged card, we will charge you a £10 admin fee.
