Opening times
Monday to Friday: 9am to 4pm

If you need to make a payment and cannot pay online or by phone 0800 876 6576, you can visit our cashiers (9am to 1pm) or use our self-serve payment machines (1pm to 4pm).
Disabled access to the civic offices
The closest place to park is in the Guildhall Walk Car Park. From there, you can make your way down Dorothy Dymond Street and through the Hippodrome House underpass that opens onto Guildhall Walk. Turn right and go in the direction of Guildhall Square. A disabled access lift will be on your right.
If there are any problems with the lift, contact the city helpdesk on 023 9282 2251.
There is also a disabled access ramp on the other side of Guildhall Square past the Queen Victoria statue, to the right of the Big Screen.
