The role

You will be required to report to and work closely with the Operations Manager who has the oversight of the organisation

You will work as part of a team to lead and inspire everyone to :

  • Promote the physical and emotional development each child
  • Provided a stimulating learning environment that fosters creativity and development
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, and a child centred approach, following national and organisational policies and procedures.

 

  • Minimum qualification and experience required:
    • Minimum qualifications are a level 3 with “full and relevant” criteria for early years.
    • Applicants must have at least two years’ experience in a senior role in an early years setting and a relevant early years qualification of at least level 3 or above.
  • Full/part time: 
    • This position is term-time (38 weeks). Part time 20 -30 per week
    • between the hours of 8. 45am and 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
    • The position will also require the occasional evenings as necessary.
