Book, change or cancel a collection

Call 023 9284 1105 to get a quote and book a bulky waste collection.

If you need to change or cancel your booking, contact us at least two working days before your collection day. If you cancel later than this, you may not receive a full refund. If you change your booking after this time, you may need to pay an additional fee.

See the full terms and conditions for details about fees.

Collection costs

Collections start from £40.

If you receive Council Tax support, you can get one free collection in any rolling 12-month period. You’ll need to show proof, such as your award letter, or give permission for us to check your records.

For free collections, we can collect up to 2m3 (cubic meters) – about the size of a two-seater sofa, or a washing machine and an armchair. If you have more than this, you’ll need to pay an additional fee.

When we collect bulky waste

Free collections take place on Tuesdays. Chargeable collections take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Put your items out by 6am on the collection day. If you live in a flat-fronted property, put items on the pavement after 7pm the evening before.

Items must be placed at ground level and be easy to access from the road, for example on a forecourt. We will not enter properties or back gardens to collect or help move items.

We will only collect the items listed at the time of booking.
