Using recycling banks

  • Only use the glass banks between 8am and 8pm to reduce noise disturbance for local residents.
  • Take your bags and boxes home with you after emptying.
  • If the bank is full, please don’t leave items on the pavement – take your items home and try again later or use another bank.
  • To report a full (or vandalised) collection bank, contact Recycling and Rubbish on 023 9284 1105.
  • Supermarkets also have a variety of recycling services for other household items.
